Holy Grail - Rimmel London Wake Me Up Concealer

In part two of my 'I Bought Drugstore Makeup On A Time Crunch", I present to you Rimmel London Wake Me Up Concealer.

There isn't much to say. I am obsessed. I have had people comment on the fact that I don't look exhausted. And that is more than enough for me! It does an amazing job covering the black holes that currently live under my eyes. And it wears well. It has a wand and blends out perfectly.You can build it up, but you don't really need to. And it doesn't crease. After the first time I used it, I was in love. You need this in your life! Unless you are on of those weirdos who doesn't have dark circles. 

First Off - NYX Dark Circle Concealer

I picked this up on a recent trip to the only drug store that sells NYX products. Concealer is my way of life and I love stuff that claims to specialize in covering up a certain skin flaw. 

Can I just say, HOLY SHIT! I put it under one eye to compare. Oh my god! It makes it look like I sleep! It's really easy to blend out and build up. It's orange based to cancel out the blue and purple tones of dark circles. 

I'm not a huge fan of the formula.The packaging doesn't really allow to pick up the product on a brush, and the formula of the product doesn't make it any easier. You have to stick your finger it and rub it up to spread around on your face. 

Verdict: I like the product but not the packaging. I'm going to keep using it, especially on my dark circles.

First Off - Hard Candy Glamoflauge Concealer

I've heard of Hard Candy before but I hadn't tried any of their products. My sister picked this up but didn't like it, or bought the wrong shade or something. 

The funny thing about concealer is that some cover dark circles amazingly but are terrible for break outs. Or vice versa. This is the former. This stuff is magic on my dark circles. Sleep is not a thing I get much of so a product that can make it look like I do is magical! And it's pretty inexpensive, or so I'm told.

Verdict: It's not as powerful on my acne scars. But it is pure magic on my dark circles. I would highly recommend checking it out. 

First Off - Josie Maran Argan Creamy Concealer Crayon

Josie Maran is my skin care brand of choice at the moment. My entire skin care routine is from her line. (I will definitely be posting more about it in the future. So keep an eye out for those!)

This is a full coverage concealer. It is super creamy and easily blendable. I picked it up in the color Fair. It doesn't dry out your skin, which makes it comfortable to wear all day. 

However, the one thing I didn't like was that it never seemed to set. It moved around a lot. And it was used up very quickly. But I think that I would buy it again and give it another chance with the right setting powder. 

If you are looking for a creamy concealer that isn't super long wearing, I would check it out.

First Off - NUDESTIX Concealer Pencil

I can't remember where I heard about this concealer but I ordered it as soon as it was back in stock on Sephora's website. I got it in shade Light 2.

I have mixed feelings about this concealer. It's super easy to blend out. It is very pigmented and buildable over dark circles. The color is perfect.

However, it is super soft. So I feel like I have to sharpen it every time I use it. I don't think it will last that long on, sadly. And it doesn't wear that great. I have oily skin and the concealer seems to wear away after only a few hours. Which isn't great for work days. 

I did, however, like that it came in it's own box with a mirror and a pencil sharpener. 

If you have matte skin and don't need a lot layers, I would definitely check this out and let me know what you think. But I don't think I would rebuy this.

First Off - Make Up For Ever Full Cover Concealer

I have dark circles that won’t hide without a fight and tons of acne and acne scars. So full coverage is the only way to go. This was recommended to me and I am in love.

It is full coverage and waterproof. It lasts all day, which is another huge must for me. It blends and sets easily. A little bit goes a long way. And it is buildable when necessary (when those dark circles just won’t disappear). But usually one layer is more than enough. So you can get a lot of use out of a single tube. 

I picked it up in shade 4 - Flesh. It is a little dark for me right now, but with summer coming, it will be perfect. And it comes in 11 other shades.
